Ep 13. Chop Shop 'Til You Drop

In Home Improvement season 8 episode 13 titled "Chop Shop 'Til You Drop," Tim is in need of a new engine for his car, so he heads to a local auto shop run by a man named Benny. However, Tim soon discovers that Benny is actually running a chop shop, stealing car parts and reselling them illegally. Despite this, Tim decides to continue doing business with Benny, believing that he can use his expertise to help improve the performance of his car.

Meanwhile, Jill is struggling to find a way to make her father's stay more enjoyable after he comes to visit. She enlists the help of Randy and Brad to plan out some activities for him, but they struggle to come up with ideas that he will enjoy.

As Tim becomes more involved in the illegal activities of Benny's chop shop, he begins to realize that he may have gotten in over his head. He ultimately decides to do the right thing by reporting Benny to the authorities. However, this decision puts him in danger as Benny and his associates try to silence Tim.

At the same time, Jill and the boys come up with a plan to take her father out for a day of fishing. Despite some setbacks, they eventually manage to catch a fish and spend some quality time together.

In the end, Tim comes out on top as he is able to expose Benny's chop shop and help put a stop to their illegal activities. Meanwhile, Jill and her family successfully make her father's visit a memorable one. The episode concludes with the Taylor family gathered around the dinner table, enjoying a meal and reflecting on their experiences.
