Ep 21. Engine And A Haircut, Two Fights

In season 5 episode 21 of Home Improvement titled "Engine And A Haircut, Two Fights," the focus is on Tim's beloved hot rod. Tim has been working on the car in his garage for weeks and is finally ready to start the engine. However, when he turns the key, nothing happens.
