In Home Improvement season 4 episode 26, titled "Wilson's Girlfriend," Tim's neighbor Wilson introduces his new girlfriend, Morgan, to the Taylor family. Morgan is revealed to be a professional model and has a gift for influencing people with her charm and persuasiveness.
Jill becomes suspicious of Morgan's intentions and begins to suspect that she is using Wilson for his connections to the Taylor family. Meanwhile, Tim sees Morgan's persuasive abilities as a way to get his own way with Jill, so he encourages Wilson to bring Morgan over more often.
As the episode progresses, Jill and Morgan's relationship becomes increasingly strained, with Jill becoming increasingly suspicious of Morgan's motives and the influence she has over Wilson. Tim and Jill begin to argue over their differing opinions on Morgan, with Jill insisting that Morgan is taking advantage of Wilson and Tim thinking that Jill is overreacting.
Things come to a head when Morgan hosts a party at Wilson's house, and Wilson tells Jill that Morgan has asked him to ask her to make a speech to the guests. Jill reluctantly agrees to make the speech, but when she arrives at the party, she is confronted with a room full of strangers who seem to be hanging on Morgan's every word.
Feeling increasingly uncomfortable, Jill leaves the party early, and throughout the night, she becomes increasingly convinced that Morgan is up to no good. When Wilson reveals that Morgan has landed a big modeling job in New York and is planning to leave town, Jill decides to confront Morgan and get to the bottom of her intentions with Wilson.
In the episode's climax, Jill confronts Morgan and accuses her of manipulating Wilson for her own gain. Morgan initially denies the accusations but eventually admits that she has been using Wilson to get closer to the Taylor family and advance her own career. Disillusioned by Morgan's admission, Wilson breaks up with her, and she leaves town with her modeling job.
In the end, Jill and Tim reconcile their differences and agree that they were both partially right. While Tim was correct in his assessment of Morgan's abilities, Jill was right to be suspicious of her intentions. The episode ends with the Taylor family bonding over their shared experiences and looking forward to the future.
