Beverly / Megan is the seventh episode of the fourth season of Hoarders. The reality show explores the struggles of people who suffer from compulsive hoarding disorder and follows the efforts of mental health professionals and organizers to help them clean up their homes and get their lives back on track.

The main focus of this episode is on two women, Beverly and Megan, who both have severe hoarding issues that have taken over their homes and put their health at risk. Beverly is a 73-year-old widow who lives alone in a ramshackle house in Virginia. Her house is filled with piles of garbage, old clothes, and animal feces, and it's so cluttered that it's difficult to move around.

We learn that Beverly's hoarding started after her husband died several years ago, and she found it hard to let go of his possessions. She also has a hard time throwing anything away, even if it's completely worthless. As a result, her house has become a hazard, and she's been living in increasingly squalid conditions.

Megan, on the other hand, is a 30-year-old single mother from Alabama who admits that she's never had a clean and organized home. Her hoarding problem has only gotten worse since she had a child, and her house is now filled with boxes of clothes, toys, and other items that she collects but never uses. Megan's friends and family have tried to help her, but she's resistant to change, and her home has become a source of embarrassment and shame.

Throughout the episode, we see both Beverly and Megan struggling to part with their belongings and make progress towards a cleaner, healthier home. They're both resistant to the idea of throwing things away or letting go of items that have sentimental value, but with the help of professionals, they start to slowly make progress.

One of the most poignant moments of the episode is when Beverly is reunited with an old family photo album that she thought was lost forever. The album had been buried under piles of garbage, but with the help of a local organizer, Beverly was able to find it and be reminded of happier times in her life.

As the episode progresses, both women make significant progress towards a cleaner and more organized home. Beverly's house is transformed from a hoarder's nightmare into a livable space, and Megan is able to let go of many of the items that were cluttering up her home.

By the end of the episode, both Beverly and Megan are on the road to recovery, but the show emphasizes that hoarding is a long-term struggle and that they'll need ongoing support to maintain their progress. The audience is left with a sense of hope, but also a deeper understanding of how difficult it can be to overcome compulsive hoarding disorder.
