Ep 9. Idiot and Idiot

The episode begins with the aftermath of Shinya's and Kunisaki's match. The two wrestlers are being tended to by medics and Hinomaru is watching from the sidelines. Shinya is in bad shape but is still conscious and coherent. Kunisaki, on the other hand, is barely conscious and is being carried off on a stretcher.

Hinomaru is surprised at the outcome of the match. He had expected Kunisaki to win, but Shinya was able to pull off an upset. Hinomaru is impressed by Shinya's performance and decides to go talk to him.

As Hinomaru approaches Shinya, he overhears Shinya talking with his coach, Yoshikawa. Shinya is disappointed with his victory and feels that he didn't really deserve it. Yoshikawa tells him to stop being so hard on himself and reminds him that he won fair and square.

Hinomaru interrupts their conversation and congratulates Shinya on his win. Shinya is surprised that Hinomaru is being so friendly with him after the match. Hinomaru explains that he's always respected Shinya and that he's glad to see him get a win.

The focus then shifts to Kusanagi and his upcoming match with Shido. Shido is a well-known wrestler who specializes in counterattacks. Kusanagi is worried about facing him, but Hinomaru offers to help him train.

Hinomaru teaches Kusanagi how to improve his moves and how to counter Shido's attacks. Kusanagi is grateful for Hinomaru's help and feels more confident going into his match.

The day of the match arrives and Kusanagi is ready to fight. The two wrestlers enter the ring and the match begins. Kusanagi is able to stay on the offensive and throws Shido off guard with his new moves.

However, just as Kusanagi is about to claim victory, he trips and falls. Shido takes advantage of this and pins him down. Kusanagi is unable to move and is quickly defeated.

Hinomaru is disappointed with Kusanagi's loss, but he knows that Kusanagi gave it his all. Hinomaru realizes that he needs to take his own training more seriously if he wants to become a better wrestler.

In the final scene of the episode, Hinomaru is seen training on his own. He seems more focused and determined than ever before. The episode ends with Hinomaru promising himself that he'll become a better wrestler and that he'll never give up.
