Michel Nakazawa, a half-Japanese, half-French boy who loves anime and is always happy to help around the house. Finally, there is Enishi Takamura, a high school student who is the captain of his school's kendo team and is always practicing his skills.

Together, this unlikely group forms a bond and go on various adventures and hijinks around Tokyo. The show's humor comes from the characters' contrasting personalities and their interactions with each other, as well as the unexpected events that take place in their daily lives.
