Ep 8. Hot Cargo

Tony Barletta is a suspect in a stolen car ring, but the Highway Patrol has no concrete evidence to tie him to the crimes. When the police intercept a truck carrying a shipment of stolen cars, Barletta's name is on the paperwork. However, when the truck driver and one of Barletta's accomplices are killed in a shootout, the case takes an unexpected turn. Meanwhile, Chief Dan Mathews investigates a separate case involving a stolen tractor-trailer loaded with expensive liquor. As Mathews tries to track down the thieves, he discovers that the cargo is far more valuable than anyone originally thought. With the help of his team, Mathews must catch the criminals before they can make off with the stolen goods. Hot Cargo is an action-packed episode filled with high-speed chases, shootouts, and tense standoffs as the Highway Patrol battles to take down dangerous criminals and keep the roads safe for everyone.
