High School Reunion is a television reality show that revolves around a group of alumni from one high school in particular, who gather to rekindle old friendships, reminisce about the past and share what has happened in their lives since they graduated. The show originally aired on TV Land and was hosted by Kathryn Feller.

In each episode, a group of alumni, showcasing different graduating classes, is invited to attend their high school reunion. The show is designed to mirror the format of a real, traditional high school reunion. As such, the returning alumni are 'divided' into groups representing their high school cliques, such as the 'popular kids', the 'nerds', the 'jocks', and so on. The show then features candid moments of the returning alumni interacting with one another.

The show provides the perfect platform for alumni to share their life experiences, both good and bad, since leaving high school. Viewers get to hear about success stories, such as graduates who have become successful entrepreneurs or celebrities, while other stories are less inspiring, such as alumni who have struggled with personal issues or setbacks in their lives.

The show has a lot of twists and turns as the different alumni interact with each other. There's always the possibility that past high school conflicts could resurface and become a source of tension between those involved. As well, past romantic relationships could be reignited, leading to an eventful evening of drama and romance.

One of the exciting features of High School Reunion is that it's not just limited to one-night event. The returning alumni typically stay at a luxurious location, where they can form deeper connections with their fellow graduates. The show also includes several planned activities, including parties, competitions, and group therapy sessions. The events are tailored to help the former classmates open up to one another about their experiences and to help them move past any negative feelings that may have carried over from high school.

Throughout the course of the series, viewers get a glimpse of Kathryn Feller hosting the show as she walks through the events and introduces the alumni to each other. Kathryn has a unique ability to make the alumni feel comfortable when she's speaking to them. She guides them through the various events and helps to keep the conversations flowing when needed.

Overall, High School Reunion is a show that taps into a deep sense of nostalgia, taking its audience back to their high school days, with all of its triumphs and disappointments. For many alumni who appear on the show, it's an opportunity to reconnect with people they haven't seen in years, as well as to reflect on their lives and how far they've come since they left high school. More than just a reality show, High School Reunion is a trip down memory lane, and a wonderful opportunity to see how far one can come since graduating, and maybe even build some new connections along the way.

High School Reunion is a series that ran for 3 seasons (22 episodes) between March 5, 2008 and on TV Land
