The episode "Higgly Halloween" is part of the first season of the animated children's show Higglytown Heroes. This particular episode begins with the Higglytown kids excitedly discussing their plans for Halloween. They're all dressed up in their costumes and ready to go trick-or-treating. However, when they get to the first house on their route, they discover that the owner is out of candy.
The Higglytown Heroes, who are a group of everyday helpers who assist the townspeople with tasks both big and small, come to the rescue. The first hero to show up is Eubie, who is dressed in his superhero costume. He suggests that they try a few more houses before panicking.
Next up is Wayne, the mail carrier. He has run out of mail to deliver for the day, so he offers to escort the kids around the neighborhood to help them fill up their trick-or-treat bags. They come across a few houses that are empty, but they also find some generous neighbors who give them plenty of candy.
When they get to the last house on their list, the kids are disappointed to find that the owner isn't home. However, they notice that there's a candle flickering in the window and ghostly music playing. They all assume that it's just a Halloween decoration, but when the owner suddenly appears, they realize that it's really a haunted house.
The owner, who is dressed in a witch costume, invites the kids inside and gives them lots of candy. However, things take a spooky turn when the lights suddenly go out and creepy noises start filling the air. The Higglytown Heroes come to the rescue once again, using their special skills to solve the mystery and get the lights back on.
In the end, the Higglytown kids have a fun and memorable Halloween, thanks to the kind and helpful actions of the Higglytown Heroes. The episode teaches kids the importance of being prepared and helping others, even when things don't go exactly as planned.
