Wayne's Ripping Adventure / Meet Eubie's Cousin is the thirteenth episode in the first season of the animated series, Higglytown Heroes. The show revolves around five animal children, including two pigs, a dog, a cat, and a rhinoceros, who are best friends and live in the eponymous town of Higglytown.
In the first part of the episode, Wayne, the pig, is excited to try out his new skateboard. However, when he takes it for a spin, his skateboard wheel suddenly pops off, causing Wayne to fall and rip his pants. Devastated, Wayne doesn't want to leave his house until his pants are fixed. Fortunately, his friends come up with a plan to help him.
The Higglytown Heroes, a group of helpful adults in the community, come to Wayne's aid. Uncle Zooter, a repairman, fixes Wayne's pants, while Mail Carrier Hero, Pizza Guy Hero, and Plumber Hero help Wayne get over his fear of falling by demonstrating how they overcome their own fears in their respective careers. Inspiring confidence in Wayne, his friends help him conquer his fear and get back on his skateboard on Higglytown's new skate park.

As Angus makes his way around Higglytown, he gets into a few predicaments, such as getting lost and accidentally breaking a shop window. However, the Higglytown Heroes come to his rescue. Fireman Hero puts out a fire that Angus accidentally caused while attempting to cook his own haggis, while Policeman Hero helps him find his way back to Eubie's house. Along the way, Angus learns that even though he may be different, he can still fit in and make friends in Higglytown.
