Watch Hidden Agenda

- 1 Season
Hidden Agenda was a game show that aired on the Game Show Network (GSN) in 2010. Hosted by comedian Debi Gutierrez, the show tested the knowledge and strategy of contestants as they attempted to uncover hidden truths about their opponents. The show began with five contestants, each with a unique backstory and a potentially hidden agenda. One player was designated as the "target" for the round, and the other players had to answer questions about the target's personal life and interests. The target, however, was not allowed to answer any questions about themselves.
Each correct answer earned the player a point, but they also had the option to "sneak" a point from one of their opponents if they believed that opponent had a hidden agenda. The sneaking player would secretly select a category for that opponent, and if they answered incorrectly, the sneaker would steal a point.
At the end of the round, the player with the least amount of points was eliminated, and the remaining players moved on to the next round.
The second round, called the "Interrogation Round," was similar to the first but with a twist. The players were asked personal questions about themselves, but one of their answers was predetermined by the show's producers. The goal was to figure out which answer was predetermined for each player and correctly identify it before the end of the round.
As in the first round, players could earn points for correct answers and sneak points from their opponents. But in this round, a player could earn bonus points for correctly identifying their own predetermined answer.
Once again, the player with the least amount of points was eliminated at the end of the round.
The final round, called the "Hidden Agenda Round," was the most intense. Each player was given a card with a secret goal, such as "Steal points from two opponents" or "Do not answer any questions correctly this round."
The players had to try to achieve their goal while also answering questions to earn points. If they achieved their goal without being caught by their opponents, they earned bonus points. But if their opponents correctly identified their hidden agenda, they lost points.
At the end of the round, the player with the most points was declared the winner and took home a cash prize.
Overall, Hidden Agenda was a fast-paced and unpredictable game show that kept viewers on the edge of their seats. The mix of personal questions, strategic gameplay, and potential hidden agendas made for a unique and exciting viewing experience.
