Inspired by some seashells, Chats the sailor meets Queen Neptuna (Kellie) and various sea creatures. Charli pretends to be Queen Neptuna riding a seahorse. Sun is feeling a bit wintery and wishes it would snow so she could make a snowman. Jup Jup inspires her to make a rock man instead. Charli makes up a winter warm up based on action you do when your cold.
