The Show and Tell Badge is the eighth episode of the second season of the British animated television series, Hey Duggee.
In this episode, the Squirrels are excited about Show and Tell Day at the clubhouse. The Squirrels are encouraged to bring something they love and tell the other members about it. However, they soon realize that they will need a Show and Tell Badge to participate in this event. Our beloved Duggee, who always finds a way to help the Squirrels, knows what to do.
Duggee starts by showcasing his Show and Tell Badge, which is a beautiful yellow star. He explains that he earned the badge by performing an amazing magic trick back in his scouting days. The Squirrels are impressed by his story and wonder what they can do to earn their own badges.
Duggee suggests that they can earn their Show and Tell Badges by doing something that they love, something unique that they can share with others. The Squirrels are thrilled at the prospect of earning their badges and set about deciding what to bring to the Show and Tell Day.
Roly decides to share his love for balls and shows off his collection to the other members. Happy brings along his musical instrument, a recorder, and plays a tune for everyone. Betty decides to bring her favorite food, honey, and explains to everyone where it comes from and how it is made.
Tag, on the other hand, is unsure about his Show and Tell item. He is worried that the others will not find it interesting enough. With the help of his friends and Duggee, he discovers that his love for reading books is special and decides to share his favorite storybook with everyone.
As the Squirrels proudly show off their items, they realize that the Show and Tell Badge is not just about what they bring but more about sharing something that they truly love. Duggee is proud of their efforts and congratulates them on earning their very own Show and Tell Badges.
The episode ends on a happy note with the Squirrels receiving their badges and feeling proud of their accomplishments. The lesson they learned in this episode is that everyone has something unique to share, and that is what makes Show and Tell such a fun event.
