Hey Duggee is a British animated television series for children, aimed at preschoolers. In this show, a big friendly dog named Duggee is the leader of The Squirrel Club, a group of six young animals who do fun activities and earn badges for their achievements. Each episode focuses on a different activity and badge, as they learn new skills and make new friends.
Season 2 Episode 35 of Hey Duggee is called The Brave Banana Badge. This episode starts with Duggee and The Squirrel Club exploring the jungle when they hear a loud, scary noise. They quickly realize that it's just Enid, the elephant, snoring. The Squirrels are amazed at how loud she can snore and Duggee explains that Enid is a bit nervous about sleeping alone in the jungle, so she snores to make herself feel better.
However, Enid also has trouble sleeping because she's worried about a strange shadow she keeps seeing. The Squirrels decide that they want to help Enid overcome her fear and earn their Brave Banana Badge. They create a plan to catch the shadow and show Enid that it's nothing to be afraid of.
Their plan involves making a "shadow trap" out of a banana and a stick, and waiting for the shadow to come to them. The Squirrels take turns watching the trap through the night, but when it finally catches something, they are surprised to find that it's not a scary monster, but another small animal who was also afraid of the dark.
The Squirrels take the animal back to the clubhouse and show Enid that even the smallest creatures can be brave. The animal tells Enid that she doesn't need to be afraid of the dark because she has the power to make her own light. Enid realizes that the shadow was just her own fear and that she doesn't need to be scared anymore.
Thanks to The Squirrel Club, Enid earns her own Brave Banana Badge and the episode ends with a big celebration and Enid saying goodbye to her old scared self.
Overall, The Brave Banana Badge is a heartwarming episode of Hey Duggee that teaches children about overcoming their fears and being brave. The characters are lovable and the animation is colorful and engaging, making it a great show for kids.
