Hey Arnold! Season 4 Episode 19 is titled "Weird Cousin/Baby Oskar." The episode centers around Arnold's strange cousin Arnie, who is visiting from out of town. Arnie is a bit odd and has a tendency to repeat everything Arnold says, and he quickly becomes a bit of an annoyance to Arnold and his friends.

Despite this, Arnold tries his best to get along with Arnie and show him a good time while he's in town. Arnold's friends, however, are less patient and quickly tire of Arnie's strange behavior. They try to avoid him whenever they can and generally make their dislike for him known.

Meanwhile, the rest of Arnold's family is preoccupied with Baby Oskar, who has been left in their care for the day. Oskar, being the lazy and self-centered person that he is, immediately becomes a burden on everyone around him. He refuses to do anything for himself and demands constant attention from his family members.

As the day wears on, tensions rise between Arnold's friends and Arnie, and between Arnold's family and Baby Oskar. It seems that everyone is at their wit's end with their respective visitors.

In the end, however, Arnold manages to find a way to connect with Arnie and help him feel more included. And Oskar, surprisingly, manages to step up and take care of himself for once. By the time the day is over, everyone has learned a little something about themselves and their relationships with others.

Overall, "Weird Cousin/Baby Oskar" is a fun and heartwarming episode of Hey Arnold! that explores themes of family, friendship, and acceptance.
