But things don't go exactly as planned when his family runs into some unexpected problems with the catering and entertainment. With the help of Arnold and his friends, Harold's family manages to pull off a makeshift celebration in Arnold's backyard.
However, things take a turn for the worse when the bullies in Harold's class crash the party and cause trouble. After a brief scuffle, the two groups come to a truce and Harold is able to enjoy the rest of his special day with his family and friends.
