Ep 6. Heat/Snow

Arnold and his friends are back in season 1, episode 6 of Hey Arnold!. The episode is aptly titled Heat/Snow, and follows the gang as they struggle through extreme weather conditions.

The first part of the episode, Heat, begins with the sun blazing high in the sky, threatening to melt the cool streets of Hillwood. As the heat continues to bear down on the city, Arnold and crew start to feel the effects. They stop by the local convenience store to buy some ice cream, but the store is completely out. They soon find out that everyone in the neighborhood is in the same boat, and the heat has caused a shortage of ice cream. Arnold and Gerald come up with a plan to get some ice cream by making their own, but they soon realize that making ice cream is harder than it looks.

In the second part of the episode, Snow, the weather has taken a complete 180, and the city is covered in a blanket of snow. Unlike the heat, the snow is fully welcomed by Arnold and his friends. They quickly take up sledding and enjoy their newfound winter wonderland. However, things take a turn when they realize that they are running out of hot chocolate. Arnold decides to take matters into his own hands and ventures out into the snowfall to get some more supplies. Along the way, he encounters a group of bullies who begin to taunt him about his small size and lack of bravery. Arnold stands his ground, and the bullies are forced to back down.

Overall, Heat/Snow is a classic Hey Arnold! episode that highlights the bonds of friendship and the fun of overcoming obstacles. From the heat of summer to the cold of winter, Arnold and his friends prove that when they work together, anything is possible.
