Italy wants to create an alliance with Germany, but he is hesitant due to Italy's track record of surrendering easily in wars. Meanwhile, Japan is having trouble with understanding Italy's sense of humor and culture. The three eventually bond over music and discuss forming a new alliance. Meanwhile, America tries to get England to join his side in the war by showing off his impressive technology and resources. England scoffs at America's naivete while reminiscing about his own history of fighting wars alongside his colonies. The two ultimately come to a standoff but leave the possibility of an alliance open.
