Let It Bleed is the thirteenth episode of the fourth season of the television series Heroes. This episode is about the aftermath of the previous episode, where Claire and Gretchen find out information about Samuel's plan for a carnival event. In this episode, the two girls must decide if they should reveal this information to Claire's father, Noah, or try to figure out Samuel's plan on their own.
The episode begins with Claire and Gretchen discussing the carnival event. Claire wants to tell her father about what they found out while Gretchen thinks it's best to keep it to themselves and figure out Samuel's plan themselves. Meanwhile, Noah is at the carnival, trying to figure out what Samuel is up to. He meets up with a friend named Lauren, and they discuss their past experiences with Samuel.
Sylar is also at the carnival, disguised as Nathan Petrelli. He meets up with his mother, Angela, and they discuss Nathan's funeral. Sylar realizes that he may be able to find out more information about his past by continuing to pose as Nathan.
Meanwhile, Hiro and Ando are still on their mission to find the "real" Charlie. They meet up with a woman named Lydia who has the power to see the memories of others. She agrees to help them find Charlie, but asks for their help in return.
As the episode progresses, Claire and Gretchen sneak into Samuel's trailer to try and find out more information about his plan. However, they are caught by Eli, one of Samuel's henchmen. Eli reveals that Samuel is planning to expose the "heroes" to the world and make them pay for the discrimination they have faced. Claire and Gretchen manage to escape from Eli and head back to Noah's house.
Noah and Lauren are still at the carnival, but they are captured by Samuel's men. Samuel reveals his plan to Noah, which involves using a rift in time and space to reveal the heroes' powers to the world. However, Samuel realizes that he needs Claire's help to make the plan work. He sends Eli to Noah's house to bring Claire back to the carnival.
Back at Noah's house, Claire and Gretchen are preparing to leave for the carnival. However, Sylar (disguised as Nathan) shows up at the house and convinces Claire to stay. He tells her that he can help her stop Samuel's plan and also reveals that he can help her learn more about her powers. Claire agrees to stay and work with Sylar.
The episode ends with the reveal of Sylar's true identity to the audience. He removes Nathan's face and reveals his true nature as a villain. The audience is left wondering what Sylar's true intentions are and what role he will play in stopping Samuel's plan.
Overall, Let It Bleed is a suspenseful episode that sets up the final arc of the season. The episode brings together many of the show's main characters and advances the plot in a significant way. The final reveal of Sylar's true identity is a game-changer for the rest of the season and leaves the audience eagerly awaiting what comes next.
