In Hellsing Ultimate season 1 episode 2, titled "Hellsing II", we pick up where we left off in the first episode. The Hellsing Organization is under attack by a group of ghouls, sent by the mysterious group known as Millennium. Integra Hellsing, the leader of the organization, orders her trusted vampire servant, Alucard, to eliminate the threat.
Alucard begins to unleash his deadly powers on the ghouls, tearing his way through them effortlessly. However, the ghouls seem to be different than any others he has faced before. They possess an intelligence and organization that is abnormal for their kind. This realization prompts Alucard to suggest that the Hellsing Organization is dealing with a far greater enemy than they initially thought.
Meanwhile, back at the Millennium headquarters, we are introduced to the main villains of the series - The Major, The Captain, and The Doctor. The Major, the charismatic leader, discusses their plans for world domination, claiming that they are the "Third Reich" reborn. The Captain is a werewolf, extremely loyal to The Major, and The Doctor is a mad scientist who creates various monstrous creatures for their cause.
Integra seeks out Walter, her trusted butler and former Hellsing operative, to help her investigate Millennium. They visit Sir Hugh Irons, the head of the British intelligence service, who provides them with some information on the organization. They learn that Millennium has been under the radar for a long time and has infiltrated various governments and organizations throughout the world. The true extent of their power and influence is yet to be understood.
Back at the Hellsing Organization headquarters, Integra receives a message from The Major, who challenges her to a face-to-face meeting. She accepts, and the two engage in a sinister conversation. The Major reveals his plan to unleash an army of artificial vampires, which he claims will bring about a new world order. Integra fiercely rejects his proposal, but The Major is not discouraged. He reveals that he has already sent his army to attack London, and the Hellsing Organization is outnumbered and outmatched.
The episode ends with Alucard facing off against a powerful foe - a vampire known as "The Dandy Man." The battle is intense, and Alucard is pushed to his limits. However, he emerges victorious, but not without a warning from The Dandy Man, who claims that Alucard's power will eventually lead to his downfall.
