Later, Amy's latest client shows up at Heartland Ranch with her reining horse. The client's approach to horsemanship is different from Amy's, and this leads to a clash of ideas. Amy is not sure if she should stick to her principles and insist that they do things her way, or if she should give in to the client's demands.
Throughout the episode, Ty is grappling with his trust issues. Ty's relationship with Bob is growing, and he wants to prove himself as a valuable member of the team.
