Amy is at odds with Tim when she brings a client's racehorse to Heartland to recuperate following an accident, which leads to a dispute over who has the final say in the mare's medical treatment. Meanwhile, Ty tries to find a way to connect with Bob, who now sees him as a threat to his business in the wake of last season's trick riding competition. And Caleb returns from vet school, surprising his family with a new look and a determination to take on a new role at the clinic.
