Ep 12. The Reckoning

Amy treats a barrel racing horse which has odd behavior. Amy helps the owner of that horse to understand what is happening with their mare when the horsehas phases of concentrating on something and forgetting its barrels. Meanwhile, Ty and Caleb discover some old ledger books in the attic which were used for the dude ranch. Interestingly, they found out that their grandfather might have stolen the funds from people who visited the ranch. Lou and Peter are trying to find a new home for Georgie, who is staying with them, but they are struggling to find the perfect place. Amy and Ty face their relationship issues.
