Ep 4. Dancing in the Dark

Amy is still struggling with her father's death and her mother's absence as she takes on a new horse to train. She faces some tough decisions when she realizes the horse has a mysterious past and may have been mistreated by its previous owners. Meanwhile, Lou and Peter's relationship hits another bump when he expresses his desire to start a family, but Lou is hesitant due to her own doubts and fears. Ty is tasked with fixing up a run-down barn for a wealthy investor, but he soon realizes the investor may have ulterior motives and is willing to cut corners in order to turn a quick profit. As tensions rise and secrets are revealed, the Heartland family must come together to overcome their challenges and support each other through it all.
