Ep 10. Rest In Peace, Somebody

Steve McGarrett and the Five-0 team are called to investigate a strange case of a murdered diver. The team starts to piece together information about the victim's life, and they discover that he was in a lot of debt and was desperately trying to earn money to pay off his creditors. When they investigate the deep-sea diving company that he worked for, they find that the owner is also in a lot of financial trouble and has some shady dealings going on.

As the team digs deeper, they discover that the victim's death might not have been an accident after all. They find evidence that suggests foul play, and they start to suspect that the diving company may be involved. But the owner insists that he had nothing to do with the death and that the victim's death was a terrible tragedy.

Meanwhile, Chin Ho Kelly is dealing with some personal issues of his own. He receives a letter from his ex-fiancé, Malia, who is in prison. The letter brings up old memories and emotions, and he starts to have doubts about his current relationship with Leilani.
