Ep 8. Achy Breaky Hearts

Zoe wrestles with conflicted feelings for both George and Wade, so she decides to work on their relationship issues during her birthday trip to New York City. She is excited to see her mother, who is also in the city at the same time for a medical conference, but becomes overwhelmed when her mother starts trying to set her up with different men. Meanwhile, Lemon and Lavon try to move on with their lives after their recent breakups. Lemon attempts to win the mayoral race by enlisting Annabeth's help to make a viral video, while Lavon tries to impress Ruby by throwing her a surprise party at the Rammer Jammer. However, both Lemon and Lavon face unexpected obstacles in their plans. Brick, who is dealing with his own heartbreak, offers advice to both Zoe and Lavon on how to handle their relationship issues.
