Harry and the Dinos form a marching band and take a trip to Dino World to perform in the National Dino Day parade. Outfitted with musical instruments and uniforms, they set about getting ready for the parade. The only problem is that they seem to be having some trouble playing their instruments. And marching in time. And their music is a little, well, loud.
