The sun rises at 5 AM, and Cuddles, the rabbit, is seen casually biking on a mountain trail. A swarm of bees attack him, leaving him with itchy swollen eyes, and he eventually falls into a stream.

At 6 AM, Pop, the father bear is seen running errands. In the gas station, he forgets where the brake on his car is and accidentally presses the accelerator, thus driving through the station's wall and landing on his head. The next segment at 7 AM introduces Flippy, who is seen changing the oil in his car. A car backfires, and Flippy's sudden PTSD flare-up causes him to spin out of control and fall off a cliff.

At 8 AM, Toothy, the beaver, is seen reading a book on the beach. Suddenly an umbrella hits him, causing him to roll into the water and be eaten by a shark. The next segment at 9 AM is followed by a brief introduction to Mime, who is seen always miming using a glass door. He pretends to open the door, but it turns out the door is actually glass, and it shatters, killing him.

At 10 AM, Petunia, the skunk, is seen jogging outside but trips on a frisbee, causing her to roll into the road. A truck accidentally runs her over. At 11 AM, Russell, the sea otter, is seen fishing on a pier when a shark bites his leg off and pulls him into the water.
