Back at the carnival, things take a turn for the worse when a group of tough guys show up and start causing trouble. Richie, Potsie, and Ralph try to stand up to them, but they are no match for the rowdy group.

Just when things seem to be at their bleakest, Fonzie arrives on the scene and puts an end to the troublemakers. With the carnival saved and the tough guys put in their place, Richie and his friends are able to continue selling their t-shirts and making money.
