The rest of the gang tries to figure out why Fonzie is feeling down and eventually learn that he never had a happy Christmas as a child. Richie decides to give Fonzie a Christmas to remember and invites him to the Cunningham's party.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Cunningham is stressing out about the party and trying to make everything perfect. She even hires a caterer, but when he cancels at the last minute, she has to enlist the help of her neighbor, Mrs. Hogarth.

At the party, everyone is having a great time, but Fonzie is still feeling a bit left out.
