Hannah Montana season 2 episode 4, titled "Get Down, Study-udy-udy," begins with Miley discovering that there's a math test the next day and she hasn't studied at all. She's worried that she'll fail the test and her dad, Robby Ray, suggests that she gets a tutor. Miley initially balks at the idea, but her dad convinces her that it's the best way to ensure she does well.
The next day, Miley meets her tutor, Becca Weller, a brilliant and nerdy girl who's always carrying around her textbooks and study guides. Miley is less than thrilled about the prospect of studying, but Becca seems so enthusiastic that she starts to rub off on Miley. Becca comes up with a mnemonic device to help Miley remember how to solve equations, and Miley finds herself actually enjoying math for the first time in her life.
Meanwhile, Jackson is dealing with his own issues at home. His dad has given him a long list of chores to do, and he's struggling to get them all done. He tries to sneak out of the house to go hang out with his friends, but his dad catches him and tells him that he needs to prioritize his responsibilities and start acting like a responsible young man.
Back at school, Miley is feeling confident about her math test. She's even humming the study song that Becca taught her: "Get down, study-udy-udy!" However, things take a turn for the worse when she realizes that she forgot her cheat sheet at home. She starts to panic, but Becca reminds her of all the techniques they had reviewed in the past sessions. Miley uses those techniques and a little bit of creativity to solve the problems during the test.
After school, Miley is feeling pretty good about how she did on the test. She and Becca exchange phone numbers, and Becca tells her that she should start her own study group. Miley thinks that's a great idea and starts to recruit some of her friends.
Meanwhile, Jackson is still struggling to get everything done around the house. But when his little sister, Lily, asks him for help with her own homework, he realizes that he's better at math than he thought. He ends up finishing all of his chores early and even has time to play video games with his friends.
At the end of the episode, Miley is leading her study group and helping her friends with their math homework. Becca calls her and tells her that she got a perfect score on the test and thanks Miley for all the help. Miley is glowing with pride, and even the usually unimpressed Lilly is impressed with her newfound math skills. The episode ends with the group singing Becca's study song: "Get down, study-udy-udy!"
Overall, Hannah Montana season 2 episode 4 is a fun and lighthearted episode that explores the importance of hard work and determination. It shows that with a little bit of effort, anyone can excel at something they previously thought was impossible. The episode also introduces a new character, Becca Weller, who helps Miley and her friends learn an important lesson about the value of education.
