Ep 2. Circling Love

Hanasakeru Seishonen season 1 episode 2, titled "Circling Love" continues the story where the previous episode left off. This episode primarily focuses on the story of the second love interest of the protagonist, Kajika Louisa Kugami Burnsworth, who is named Rumati Ivan.

Rumati Ivan is a prince from the country of Raginei, and he is sent to Japan by his father with a proposal to the Burnsworth family. The proposal is to secure a political alliance between Raginei and Burnsworth using Kajika's hand in marriage. Although initially reluctant, Kajika agrees to meet Rumati and hear the proposal for herself.

Kajika's friends convince her to spend some time with Rumati, to understand his character and personality. To their surprise, Kajika starts to develop feelings for Rumati, despite initially rejecting the idea of marrying him.

As the episode continues, we see Rumati and Kajika spending more time together, enjoying each other's company. They visit various places in Tokyo and even attend a formal ball hosted by Kajika's family. During the ball, Rumati and Kajika share a dance, and it becomes evident that they have grown closer to each other.

However, their blossoming romance is not free from obstacles. Rumati's father, the king of Raginei, is not pleased with the budding relationship between his son and Kajika. He does not want Rumati to marry Kajika, as he thinks that Burnsworth is a small and weak country, and their political alliance would not be beneficial to Raginei.

At the end of the episode, Kajika returns to her family's mansion, unsure about what decision she should make. She is in a dilemma about whether she should go ahead with the proposal or not, especially after realizing her feelings for Rumati.

Overall, the episode is filled with romance, drama, and political intrigue. The audience gets a glimpse of the two central characters, Kajika and Rumati, and their budding romance.
