Ep 8. Kidnapped

Emma, Cleo and Rikki take a trip to Mako Island to get rid of the tentacle that was hanging over them at the cafe. While there, they find a mysterious crystal which they think is related to the full moon. Later, Emma is kidnapped by Charlotte and her father, who are trying to get the girls' powers. Charlotte's plan is to have her father take Emma out to sea on his boat and force her to use her powers to take them to the moon pool. Cleo and Rikki receive a ransom message and start working on a plan to rescue Emma. They later discover that Charlotte added a tracking device to Emma's bracelet, so they use the Moon Pool's water to figure out where she is. Just as the kidnappers are making their way to the Moon Pool with Emma, Cleo and Rikki swim in and save Emma, while activating the Moon Pool's powers, causing an explosion that separates the three girls from the kidnappers. Charlotte and her father are presumed dead, and the girls return to their normal lives, still in possession of their powers.
