In season 23 episode 3 of "Guy's Grocery Games," titled "Married with Kitchen," four married couples compete against each other for a chance to win up to $20,000. They have to make a three-course meal that feeds a family of four using only ingredients purchased in the store. Each course has to include a protein, a starch, and a vegetable, and the dishes have to be in harmony with each other. The couples have 60 minutes to plan, shop, and prepare this ambitious task.

Throughout the episodes, the couples face several challenges, including finding the right ingredients, working within a budget, avoiding store pitfalls, and dealing with the pressure of the competition. They also reveal personal stories, cooking philosophies, and recipe secrets, giving the viewers a glimpse into their lives and backgrounds.

Guy Fieri, the host and judge of the show, adds his signature humor, energy, and expertise to the proceedings.
