Ep 16. Entire Polysynthesis

In season 1, episode 16 of Gurren Lagann (English Dubbed) titled "Entire Polysynthesis," the story continues with the Team Dai-Gurren discussing their next move to beat Lordgenome. Kamina suggests that they should come up with a plan to penetrate through the dead zones using their newly acquired moon-based supercomputer.

Simon, Yoko, and Kamina embark on a mission to infiltrate Lordgenome's battleship and use the supercomputer to gain access to the dead zones. However, as they approach the battleship, they are intercepted by an army of Gunmen, the four generals and Cytomander.

Cytomander, one of the generals, challenges Kamina to a Mecha fight, and they both use their spiral energy to overpower each other. Kamina is on the verge of defeat when Simon encourages him to keep fighting. Kamina finally defeats Cytomander using his signature move, Giga Drill Break.

Meanwhile, back at the Team Dai-Gurren base, Leeron is analyzing the data on Lordgenome's battleship and discovers that there is a hidden control room that can only be accessed by a spiral key.

Simon, Yoko, and Kamina continue their mission towards the dead zones and finally penetrate through. They come across an abandoned village where they discover a young boy, who reveals that he is the last surviving member of the village, and all others have been taken to the Beastmen's capital as hostages.

Simon, Yoko, and Kamina decide to rescue the hostages and head to the Beastmen's capital, where they are shocked to see how the citizens are sacrificing their lives for Lordgenome. The team decides to infiltrate the city using an underground tunnel.

In the final moments of the episode, Simon, Yoko, and Kamina are surrounded by Gunmen and Beastmen, but they are not alone. A new team appears, and together they fight off the enemy. The episode ends with the revelation of the new team's leader, Viral, who has returned as a fugitive from the Beastmen's capital.

In episode 16 of Gurren Lagann, we see how Kamina, Simon, and Yoko face significant challenges to penetrate through the dead zones and infiltrate the Beastmen's capital. With the help of their new moon-based supercomputer, they encounter various enemies and come across a new ally.
