Growing Up Gotti follows the lives of Victoria Gotti, daughter of famous mob boss John Gotti, and her three sons – Carmine, John, and Frank – as they navigate their way through life in Staten Island.
In season 2 episode 12, titled "Guys and Dolls," the Gotti family is preparing for a charity event that Victoria is hosting. The theme for the event is a casino night and the boys are in charge of organizing the games.
Carmine takes charge of the blackjack table, John runs the craps table, and Frank is in charge of the roulette wheel. However, Victoria is not convinced that they can handle the responsibility and asks her friend and event planner, Larry Scott, to come in and oversee the entire event.
Meanwhile, Victoria is also dealing with drama in her personal life. She has been on a few dates with a man named Jon, but things are not moving fast enough for her. She confides in her friend, Phil, who tells her that she needs to take a more aggressive approach if she wants things to move forward.
As the charity event approaches, tensions in the Gotti household are running high. Carmine is stressing about making sure everyone has a good time, John is worried about the money they will be able to raise for the charity, and Frank is struggling with the pressure of running a table.
On the day of the event, things start off rocky when the boys realize they are short staffed and have to scramble to find volunteers to help run the games. But with Larry's guidance and Victoria's reassurance, they are able to pull off a successful casino night.
In the end, they are able to raise a substantial amount of money for the charity and Victoria is pleased with the outcome. As for her love life, things take a surprising turn when Jon shows up at the event and declares his love for her in front of everyone.
Overall, "Guys and Dolls" is a heartwarming episode that shows the Gotti family coming together to support a good cause and learning to trust in each other's abilities.
