Ep 9. Yummy Fly

Grizzy and the Lemmings is a French animated comedy series that follows the adventurous life of a group of lemmings and a curious and resourceful bear named Grizzy. Season 2 episode 9 titled Yummy Fly revolves around an interesting twist where Grizzy's ever-hungry personality leads him to a sticky predicament with some pesky insects.

The episode starts with a beautiful sunny day in the forest, where we see Grizzy lounging in front of his cave, lazily basking in the sun. They see the honey-stained tree as a perfect opportunity to indulge in a sweet feast themselves. Soon enough, they start climbing the tree to reach the honey on the branches.

But Grizzy's plan fails miserably as he ends up getting himself caught in the trap rather than the fly. As he struggles to free himself, the lemmings spot him and can't resist the temptation of a bear covered in honey. They launch themselves onto Grizzy and start feasting on the sticky substance on Grizzy's back.

The situation escalates as Grizzy tries to chase the lemmings away, but they only cling harder to his back. He tries to reach the honey water source to clean himself off, but the lemmings follow him wherever he goes. They hold on, not willing to let go of their sweet meal.

As Grizzy tries to reach for a bucket to collect the honey water, he accidentally trips over a rock, causing the bucket to fall over, spilling the water all over the ground. The lemmings still clinging onto Grizzy, follow the stream of honey water and end up in a hot air balloon attached to the honey bucket. Grizzy desperately tries to hold on to the balloons to stop them from taking off, but it's too late.

Now floating on top of the tree canopy, Grizzy and the lemmings are in quite a sticky situation. Things get even more complicated as the balloon bumps into a beehive on its way and causes the angry bees to attack the balloon. In an effort to escape, Grizzy accidentally pops the balloon with his claws, causing them all to fall back down to the ground.

The rest of the episode revolves around the aftermath of the event as Grizzy and the lemmings try to clean themselves off and escape the bees' wrath. Grizzy manages to help the lemmings get rid of the bees and save himself from further sticky situations. As the episode comes to a close, the lemmings go back to their mischief-making ways and Grizzy goes back to his lazy relaxing afternoon.

Overall, Yummy Fly is an entertaining episode of Grizzy and the Lemmings that follows its typical slapstick humor and adventurous narrative. It's a fun and engaging episode that is perfect for kids and adults alike, as it skillfully blends comedy and action in a lighthearted way.
