Nick Burkhardt, a homicide detective and a Grimm, is still reeling from the revelation that his girlfriend, Juliette, had been put into a coma as a result of a Hexenbiest spell gone wrong. In Grimm season 2 episode 19, titled Endangered, Nick is on a mission to find a cure for Juliette's condition and he goes to great lengths to get it.
The episode opens with a Wesen couple, Alvin and Erica, who are on the run from the authorities. Nick and his partner, Hank, are assigned to track down the couple because the Wesen are suspected of abducting a young girl. However, it soon becomes clear that things are not as they seem. When Nick and Hank catch up with Alvin and Erica, they learn that the couple is actually trying to protect the girl from a group of hunters who are after her.
Nick discovers that the girl is a Fuchsbau, a fox-like creature, and she is in danger of being hunted down by a group of Wesen hunters called Lebensauger. The hunters are a group of purists who believe that Fuchsbau is a blight on the Wesen community and need to be eradicated. The hunters are using a deadly virus called Verratigen to wipe out the Fuchsbau population.
Nick also learns that the virus is the same one that was used to put Juliette into a coma. Desperate to find a cure for Juliette, Nick seeks the help of Monroe, a reformed Blutbad who is also Nick's close friend. Monroe and Rosalee, his Fuchsbau girlfriend, have been working on an antidote for the virus. They agree to help Nick, but the clock is ticking, and they have to act fast.
Meanwhile, the Lebenasuger are closing in on the Fuchsbau girl, and Nick and his team have to act fast to protect her. They set a trap for the hunters and manage to capture one of them. The captured hunter reveals the location of the Lebenasuger base, and Nick and his team launch a raid on the base.
The raid is successful, and Nick manages to recover a sample of the virus. He takes the sample to Monroe and Rosalee, who quickly create an antidote. Nick has to act fast and get the antidote to Juliette before it's too late.
The episode ends with Nick giving Juliette the antidote. There is a tense moment as Juliette struggles to regain consciousness, but she finally opens her eyes. Nick is relieved to see her awake and happy that he was able to save her life.
Overall, Grimm season 2 episode 19 is a thrilling and action-packed episode that highlights the dangers faced by the Wesen community. It also shows the lengths that Nick is willing to go to protect his loved ones and those in need.
