Ep 6. Come on Down to My Boat, Baby

Meredith, Alex, Richard, and Miranda are brought to their limits as they try to save a young boy who was on a fishing boat with his father when it exploded. The medical situation is dire and the team has to work quickly to try and diagnose and treat the boy's injuries. Meanwhile, Andrew and Jo work together to try and gain approval for a new surgical technique that could potentially save lives. Maggie and Jackson are still navigating their relationship and dealing with the aftermath of their kiss. Additionally, Amelia and Owen are still struggling to communicate with each other and their relationship takes a turn. The episode is filled with high-stakes medical drama and personal relationship challenges that the characters have to face head-on.
