Ep 22. Leave It Inside

She's able to stay focused, even amid all the distractions, and guides the resident surgeons through each and every step of the procedure. The surgery is intense and goes on for what feels like hours, but Bailey remains cool as a cucumber throughout, holding the team together and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

As the episode progresses, viewers are introduced to several new characters- including a patient named Misty who is in desperate need of a kidney transplant, a surgeon named Nathan who is determined to challenge Dr. Riggs on his medical decisions, and an intern named Andrew who is struggling to balance his work and personal life. Each of these characters brings something new and engaging to the table, adding depth and dimension to the already colorful cast of characters.
