Ep 9. The Hooterville Image

Oliver and Lisa Douglas find themselves in the middle of a town feud in the Green Acres season 2 episode 9 titled "The Hooterville Image." After spending two years in Hooterville, Oliver realizes that the town does not have a clear image to outsiders; it is seen as a backwards and dull place. Oliver wants to change the image and make the town a more vibrant and attractive destination for tourists. They confront Oliver and Lisa and tell them that they do not want Hooterville to become a tourist destination. Luke's group believes that Hooterville should remain a small and quaint town, and they do not want any outsiders to change their way of life.

Oliver and Lisa are taken aback by the opposition, but they refuse to give up. They decide to organize a town meeting to discuss the issue. At the meeting, Oliver presents his ideas to the residents, hoping to persuade them to support his efforts.
