The dish is called "Octopussy" and features a rich and succulent octopus served with salty samphire and potato foam. Finally, chef Alex Claridge presents his dish, inspired by 19th-century poet Christina Rossetti, called "Goblin Market." The dish features perfectly cooked mutton served with a sweet and tangy apple compote and roasted root vegetables. The judges praise Chef Alex's dish for its bold and complex flavors, with many raving about the tenderness of the mutton and the balance of the accompanying flavors.

After much deliberation, the judges announce that Chef Lorna McNee is the winner of this round, advancing her to the final round of the competition. Chef Andrew, Chef Kray, and Chef Alex are left to compete in the chefs' round, where they'll fight for a spot in the finals.
