In Gossip Girl season 4 episode 6, titled "Easy J," the Upper East Side socialites are still reeling from the clandestine affair between Dan Humphrey and Blair Waldorf. Serena van der Woodsen is particularly shocked by the revelation, and decides to enlist some outside help to dig up dirt on the infamous Gossip Girl blog. She and Dan team up with Vanessa Abrams, hoping to expose the anonymous blogger's identity once and for all.
Meanwhile, Blair is struggling to maintain her composure in the wake of the scandal. She makes the decision to throw a salon party at her penthouse, hoping to distract herself from her own problems by helping others with theirs. But the party quickly spirals out of control, with several explosive revelations coming to light.
One of the biggest bombshells of the evening involves Jenny Humphrey, Dan's younger sister. Known for her wild ways and brash attitude, Jenny has been lying low for much of the season. However, at Blair's party, she emerges once again - with a new look and a newfound sense of power. Jenny has transformed herself into a sophisticated socialite, determined to rise to the top of the Upper East Side hierarchy. But her methods are unorthodox, to say the least. Jenny starts spreading a vicious rumor about another teen socialite, which quickly takes on a life of its own.
Elsewhere, Nate Archibald is continuing his dalliance with Bree Buckley, the granddaughter of a wealthy oil tycoon. Nate is hesitant to commit to Bree, but finds himself drawn to her nonetheless. However, Bree's family has a dark secret that threatens to derail their relationship - and put Nate in danger.
As always, Gossip Girl is the ultimate source of gossip and drama in the lives of these young Manhattanites. But with tensions running high and secrets being uncovered left and right, it's only a matter of time before the truth comes out - and the fallout is sure to be explosive. Tune in to "Easy J" to see how it all plays out.
