Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted is a thrilling adventure culinary show in which Gordon travels worldwide to explore and learn about local cultures and cuisines. In episode 7 of season 3, entitled "Incredible Iceland," Gordon travels to the stunning country of Iceland to explore the intricate culinary world amidst its natural beauty.

It is a traditional and recommended cooking technique created by the Icelanders. It allows food to be baked underground using just passive geothermal heat. As Gordon sets up camp, he prepares Icelandic delicacies such as a salted cod and potato hash, a lamb roasted in its own juices, and finishes it off with a mouth-watering rye bread and rhubarb dessert.
The next day, Gordon sets off to explore the coastal region's sea and hopefully catch some fish for his next meal. He meets with a local fisherman who takes them out to sea and impresses Gordon with the complexity of fishing in the Icelandic coastal areas. Gordon successfully catches a couple of cod, haddock, and skate wings, which he runs to the kitchen to prepare for lunch in the middle of Iceland's stunning natural scenery.
Later in the episode, Gordon visits a geothermal vegetable garden, which grows healthy and strong crops, and discovers Iceland's secret onion. The onions turning out to have fascinating histories since the first day Iceland made them. He then heads to Reykjavik to learn from one of Iceland's top chefs, Gunnar Karl Gíslason, where he learns to cook Icelandic food with a modern twist.
The episode wraps up with Gordon meeting a local family to prepare a mouthwatering Icelandic feast. Gordon, with the help of the locals, prepares a rack of lamb, lobster tails, marinated char, and Icelandic-style mashed potatoes. The aromas fill the air as the family gather around the table, and mouths start to water. They have a great time, explore the depths of Icelandic cuisine, and end the episode on a high note.
