Ep 2. Driven

Cassie Nightingale, the charming and quirky owner of Bell, Book & Candle, continues to work her magic in the heartwarming second season of Good Witch. In episode two, titled "Driven," Cassie drives her vintage car, Grey Lady, in the town's upcoming heritage parade while also helping her friends and family with their issues.

Meanwhile, Sam Radford, the handsome and skeptical new doctor in town, worries that Cassie's intuition is putting her in danger. He is convinced that the recent car trouble with Grey Lady is a sign that Cassie should sit out of the parade. Martha Tinsdale, the Mayor of Middleton, is insistent that the heritage parade feature a float that promotes their town, specifically a castle that is currently being constructed. However, things go awry when the construction of the castle hits a snag and Mayor Tinsdale is forced to call in a favor from Cassie for a quick fix. With her magical touch, Cassie saves the day while also finding a way to incorporate the castle into the heritage parade.

Meanwhile, Grace, Cassie's daughter, is charged with creating a video presentation for her school project about Middleton's history. However, she finds herself at a loss as to what topic to choose. With her mother's guidance and a little bit of magic, Grace discovers the perfect inspiration for her project.

Elsewhere, Stephanie, the town's chief medical examiner and Sam's ex-girlfriend, continues to try to win him back. She is taken aback when she discovers that Sam has asked Cassie to be his date to the heritage parade. With her magic and her kind heart, Cassie helps Stephanie realize what truly matters in life and love.

As the parade draws nearer, tensions rise between the townsfolk and the construction workers. Cassie uses her magic to bridge the gap and create a happy compromise for everyone. And in the end, the parade goes off without a hitch, with Grey Lady shining brighter than ever before.
