Ep 3. Demolition Dabney

Teddy is excited about starting her senior year of high school but is feeling pressure from her parents to focus on her future. Meanwhile, PJ is struggling to find a job and seeks advice from Bob. When Dabney's run-down apartment building becomes a safety hazard, Bob offers to buy it and demolish it. However, Dabney refuses to sell and instead sets out to fix the building himself. As the structure becomes more unstable, the Duncan family comes together to try to convince Dabney to sell before it's too late.
