Ep 19. Sleepless in Denver

In the episode "Sleepless in Denver" of Good Luck Charlie's first season, the Duncan family is getting ready for a trip to Denver to attend a family reunion. However, when they arrive, they find out that the hotel they booked is completely full, and they are forced to sleep in the hotel's lobby. Despite her initial doubts, Teddy agrees to the game, and to her surprise, she's actually pretty good. So good, in fact, that PJ suggests they enter a local three-on-three basketball tournament in the hopes of winning enough money to rent a room for the night. Teddy, still struggling to sleep, agrees to enter the tournament.

The next day, the tournament begins, and Teddy and PJ find themselves up against some tough competition. But, with Teddy's surprisingly impressive basketball skills, they manage to make it to the finals. In the final match, they face off against a formidable team, but with a little help from Bob, played by Eric Allan Kramer, they manage to secure a win.

With the prize money in hand, Teddy and PJ are able to rent a hotel room and finally get some much-needed rest. The next day, they return to the family reunion, feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Meanwhile, back at the hotel, Amy, played by Leigh-Allyn Baker, and Charlie, played by Mia Talerico, are having a pretty eventful night of their own. Amy is super anxious about the fact that they have to sleep in the hotel's lobby, but Charlie is loving it. The two get into a bit of a disagreement, but eventually, they make up and find a way to enjoy the hotel's unconventional accommodations.

Overall, "Sleepless in Denver" is a fun and lighthearted episode of Good Luck Charlie that showcases the Duncan family's resilience in the face of unexpected challenges. Teddy's journey towards discovering her hidden talent and PJ's support throughout is particularly heartwarming.
