Ep 18. Charlie in Charge

Teddy and Ivy desperately want to go to a concert featuring their favorite band, but when PJ and Gabe's babysitting falls through, they must enlist the help of Charlie to help take care of Toby. Chaos ensues as Charlie takes charge and everything from baby food to the household electronics become victim to her curious nature. Meanwhile, Bob buys a new couch without consulting Amy, leading to a battle for control over the living room. As the night wears on, Teddy and Ivy are tested as they try to balance their love for music with their responsibility as older siblings. Can they make it to the concert, or will Charlie's antics get in the way?
