Tony Beets and his team of miners are in the final stretch of their winter mining season. With only a few weeks left until the freeze sets in, Tony is feeling the weight of the pressure to hit his target. Meanwhile, Parker Schnabel's team is still struggling with setbacks from the weather and technical difficulties. But with a new piece of equipment, Parker hopes to turn things around and strike gold.
On the other side of the Yukon, Rick Ness and his crew are determined to hunt down a stash of lost gold. However, their progress is impeded by deep snow and the inaccessibility of the location. Despite these obstacles, Rick refuses to give up and calls in a helicopter to survey the area from above.
Elsewhere, we catch up with Todd Hoffman as he embarks on his biggest venture yet in Oregon. But even with a massive new claim and a crew of experienced miners, Todd faces unexpected challenges and must work quickly to get his operation up and running before the season ends.
As the season draws to a close, tensions run high among all of the miners. With each team scrambling to hit their targets and make a profit, it's a race against time and Mother Nature.
