Ep 3. S.C.A.L.E.

In "Godzilla: The Series" season 2 episode 3, titled "S.C.A.L.E.", the team is faced with a new threat when they discover that a mysterious organization called S.C.A.L.E. is attempting to clone Godzilla. Dr. Elsie Chapman, the team's resident geneticist, uncovers the organization's plans and warns her colleagues about the potential dangers of creating a duplicate Godzilla.

Meanwhile, the real Godzilla is facing his own challenges as he battles a giant, mutated python creature that has emerged from the sewers. Godzilla is able to defeat the creature, but not before sustaining some injuries. Despite this, he continues to protect the city from any other threats that may arise.

Back at the team's headquarters, they learn that S.C.A.L.E. has already created a baby Godzilla clone. The group debates what to do with the clone, with some members arguing that they should destroy it before it causes any harm, while others argue that they should try to study it and understand how it was created.

As they grapple with these decisions, S.C.A.L.E. sends their agents to retrieve the baby Godzilla clone. The team engages in a high-stakes battle with the agents, during which the clone is accidentally released and wreaks havoc on the city. Now, not only do they have to protect the city from the clone, but they also have to track it down before S.C.A.L.E. can retrieve it.

The episode ends with an unexpected twist, leaving the team to question their previous assumptions and decide on a course of action for the future.
